Hello,


I’m a mature, single professional male with full Jersey housing qualifications, currently looking for new accommodation. I’m open to a new lease or taking over an existing one.


 


Ideally, I’m after a good sized bedsit with en suite facilities or a small apartment—furnished or unfurnished. I’d prefer something outside of town, but I’m open to all options.


 


In a perfect world, the property would be in a quiet location, clean, and include parking. Being within walking distance of town and near a regular bus route would be a bonus—extra points for a bathtub, washing machine,  view, balcony garage and / or outdoor space.


 


I’m a respectful and conscientious tenant. I keep my living space spotless, can handle minor repairs, and pay my bills on time. None smoker, no pets or children.
